KNITTING PATTERN

A textured knitted blanket with garter stitch edging. The knit and purl pattern uses a cable needle to add a little twist to the blanket.

The pattern has two sizes, bassinet and cot.

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

MATERIALS:

Recommended yarn - Merino 8 ply

Cream

Small     9   50 gm balls

Large    12  50 gm balls

One pair each size 3.25 mm [3 US] and 4 mm [6 US] knitting needles and a cable needle.
