KNITTING PATTERN

A beautiful knitted hat with a lacy star pattern and eyelet details.

Knitted from the top down and casting off in rib.

Knitted in 8ply/DK yarn on 4mm needles

One size fits all 2-10 years

The hat pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

48 cm [19.25 ins] - fits 2-10 years

MATERIALS:

Recommended yarn - 8ply Merino

Cream        1   50gm ball

One pair each size 3.25 mm [3 US] and 4 mm [6 US] knitting needles or one set each size 3.25 mm [3 US] and 4 mm [6 US] double pointed needles.
