KNITTING PATTERN

Mountains and Valleys Blanket, knitted in beautiful merino 8ply. The geometric knit and purl pattern reflects the mountains and valleys of Otago where the Merino’s live

The pattern has two sizes, bassinet and cot.

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

Width 73 cm – 28.75 ins

Length 83 cm – 32.5 ins

Cot Blanket (Large)

Width 86 cm – 33.75 ins

Length 104 cm – 41 ins

MATERIALS:

 Merino 8 ply - Natural

Small      4   100 gm hanks

Large       5   100 gm hanks

One pair each size 3.25 mm [3 US] and 4 mm [6 US] knitting needles.
