KNITTING PATTERN

A three colour simple fair isle hat for a boy or a girl, a pattern of crosses, stripe and squares.

Knitted in 8ply/DK yarn on 4mm needles

One size fits all 2-10 years

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

Recommended yarn - Merino 8ply

MC – Vanilla        1   50gm ball

C1 – Green          1   50gm ball

C2 – Charcoal      1   50gm ball

One pair each size 3.25 mm [3 US] and 4 mm [6 US] double pointed knitting needles.
